Sir,

I do myself the
honor of reporting for
His Excellency's information
that the Ship "City of
Edinburgh" Commenced
this morning receiving
the Cargo that she is to Convey from hence to
Moreton Bay. -

Every exertion will
be used to dispatch
her as early as possible,
and I hope that on
monday [sic] night, or tuesday [sic]
at furtherest, all the
Provisions and Stores
will be shipped. -
