of Delegates of Seattle.

Gentlemen

your petitioners being
owners of lots (3) three and (4) Four block
(4) Four in Frances Additon to Seattle do
respectfully ask that the tax levied on
said lots be remitted as you may. Just
for the following reasons, vis : That in the
Lake Avenue condemation proceedings
the city appropriated nearly the whole
of the Two above named lots for street
