Robert Fitzhenry requested the remission of his property taxes since he was not a resident of the City. The Committee on Judiciary reported that he should pay property taxes since he voted in the previous City election. The Committee offered that if he isn't considered a resident of the City then he should be charged for fraudulent voting. The report was adopted. See full description in Digital Collections
