To the Hon. Mayor and Common
Council of the City of Seattle.

Gentlemen:

We, the undersigned,
property owners along the
line of Rollin Street, in the
City of Seattle, would respect-
fully remonstrate against
the granting of petition of
Jacob Furth et al. for
a franchise to locate, construct
and maintain and operate
a line of railway in along
and upon Rollin Street,
for the reason that we are
not satisfied as to whether
or not said Jacob Furth
et al. will furnish to
the public satisfactory
railway facilities etc.
And we would petition
your Honorable Body
to grant the prayer of
the petition heretofore
presented to your
honorable Body by
Luther H. Griffith to locate
construct and operate a line
