the Street Commissioner immediately thereafter the date at
the expense of such owners
or occupants, or in such
other way as the council
may direct.
Second: that until the first
day of May 1890. Any person
who may have had his
tent damaged or destroyed
by fire or other unavoidable
misfortune, and who may
desire to continue in business
in the same location, be allowed
to reconstruct his tent, provided
that the Committee on Fire
and Water must be satisfied
that the said person is acting
in good faith, and not for
the purpose of speculating
in such tent permit.
