Mr President: Your Committee on Streets to whom was referred B of A Bill No 268 beg to report as follows: We recommend first that the planking provided for in said ordinance shall not exceed twenty four feet inwidth. Second, that before and money shall be expended in said improvement the various liens, and injunctions now in force on the line of said improvement be released so far as the City is concerned, so that no liability be incurred by the city except for the actual cost of a planked roadway between the points designated, twenty four feet wide.
