=ifications.

From Streets & Street Improvements on the petition of H. G. Struve
et al for grading Pine Street from Front to middle line be=
=tween Front & Second Streets, recommending that a [graded?]
district be made from said Pine Street to Mill Street
composed of all half blocks. [Recommitted?]

From Streets & Street Improvements on the petition of August
Hess for certain improvements on Front Street, stating that the
complaint has been remedied. Adopted

From Streets & Street Improvements approving the reports
of the Street Commissioner & the City Surveyor on the Front
Street Grade & the 2d 3d & other Streets Grades. Adopted

From Streets & Street Improvements on the petition of August
Hess et al with reference to the removal of earth from Pine
Street, recommending that the petition be denied. Adopted.

From Streets & Street Improvements rejecting all [bid?] for
Washington Street Grade. Adopted.

Ordered that the Contractor D. S. Hill for King Street
side walk under Ordinance No. 302 have further time
until November 10, 1882 in which to complete his contract.

Ordered that the Contractor J. J. McGilvra for 7th Street
side walk under Ordinance No. 303 have further time until
November 10, 1882 in which to complete his contract.

Ordered that the Clerk be & is hereby instructed to defer advertising for bids
for Washington Street Grade under Ordinance
No. 301 until after the next meeting
