for the Improvement of Spring Street Front to alley under Ordinance No.
365 which bids are as follows, towit:

And now the Council proceeds to open + consider the bids
for the Improvement of Spring Street from the alley between
3rd + 4th Streets to 7th Street, ord 365 which bids are as follows, towit:

Sidewalks per B.M. $16.00

Ordered that all the foregoing bids be + they are hereby referred
to the Street Committee

Ordered that the order of date February 2, 1883 + entered on
page 208 fixing the rate of taxation for Union Street sidewalk
at 19 mills be + the same is hereby vacated + rescinded

And now the Clerk submits an amended Statement of
the cost of the Union Street sidewalk under Ord. 324, there-
upon the same is approved
