on Streets and Street Improvements.

Ordered that the rate of assessment in order to provide funds to
pay for the Improvement of James Street from Front to alley
between Front + 2d Street under Ordinance No 365 be and is
hereby fixed in the sum of 8 mills on the Dollar

Ordered that the rate of assessment in order to provide funds to
pay for the Improvement of Spring Street from Front to alley
between Front + 2d Streets under Ordinance No 365 be and is
hereby fixed in the sum of 10 9/10 mills on the Dollar

And now the Surveyor submits the Plans + Specifications
for the opening of the alley between Front + West Streets from Marion
to Union under Ordinance No 384, thereupon after due examination
the same are approved

Improvement of Main Street under Ordinance No. 385; thereupon after
