to clear the mud off from Commercial Street and to gravel
the same where necessary
Ordered that the Street Commissioner be & is hereby instructed
to plank Mill Street from the Schwabacher Alley to the East
side of Front Street
Ordered that the Street Commissioner be & is hereby instructed
to gravel where necessary to make passable in Front Street from Mill Street
to Blanchard Street which said block is to be planked for
a width of 18 feet
All the foregoing to be done under the supervision &
control of the Street Com tee
And now Councilman Clancy takes his seat
Ordered that the application of E. Champeaux for a retail
liquor license be & is hereby granted
Ordered that the Council stand now adjourned
