observance of Sunday", after due consideration said Ordinance is adopted
upon the following vote, Towit: In favor of adoption Clancy, Frye, Har-
-rington, Latimer, Rinehart, Snyder, Yesler, Against adoption Northrup,
Sox.
The Attorney submits an Ordinance entitled "To prevent the Smoking
and Inhaling of Opium". After due Consideration said Ordinance is
adopted upon the following vote, Towit: In favor of adoption Clancy,
Frye, Harrington, Latimer, Northrup, Rinehart, Snyder, Sox & Yesler. Against
