Clear and warm: Emily and Frank spent the day
here, Frank staid all night: Lucy went home with
Emily after supper.

6^th 6^th day
Clear and hot; mercury up to 92. Lucy walked from
Ingleside down to Edgewood this morning: William
here all day doing jobs for father: mother and I both
sick: Eliza Miller called here in the morning to get
some reaper fixings for Henry HallowelL father at home
all day, except to go to the store in the evening.

7^th 7^th day
Clear most of the day, and hot: father at Ashton in the
morning, in the woods in the afternoon: Joe hauling
saw logs in the afternoon; Alice Brooke and Janie
Mayne here to supper.

8^th 1^st day
Clear and hot, a slight shower after night. Fred Stabler
brought Lucy home before meeting, she did not go to meetiing:
William, Henrietta, Emily and Frank here before
meeting: Emily and Frank spent the day here: Lucy
and I at Harewood after supper.
