an article intitled, of all things, "I hate birds".

An article answer was read from Miss. Amy Hutton, to our birthday
letter.

The Nomination Committee proposed the name of Bertha Crum for
Treasurer to take the office left vacant by the resignation of Margaret
Bancroft. She was duely elected, and will take office at once.

The Membership Committee has approved the name of Rebecca
Small, as did the members of The Association, and she will now have
her name on the waiting list.

The School Committee chairman told us the new building at
Sherwood is to be started very soon, and it is hoped it will be ready for
occupancy by the beginning of the next term. Mr. Lawler has resigned as
Principal, but is coming back as Agricultural teacher.

The Secretary was instructed to write Rose Gilpin and let
her know how much we miss her.
