In nearest city SW of Fenchow W. gate
in temple in S. part of that village is
wooden tablet dated Hong Wu 27 year
(1394) oldest wooden tablet I have seen.

Tablet in old hospital court of Ch'ien Lung time.
Stone above gate of Ti Ch'in Temple
next to boy's school is of Wan Si (Ming)

Dr. Watson found burnt clay pillars with
bones of dead on hospital ground.

Te 9th year.

cast in P'ing Yao for 500 tiao.
