personal to themselves.
This is not one
of that class and I hope you will
read it at your leisure and give
it your careful consideration.
You do not remember me although
I was introduced to some seventeen years
ago by Senator Chas Maclay.
You
are building up and will no doubt
succeed in making the best educa-
tional institution in the world.
People from all parts of the U. S.
will come here to eduacte their
children there. Only the other day
