In answer to your inquiry whether [Frvis?] should write to [level?] to consult [surth?] [Garr?]. I telegraphed that Huntington would arrange He is fully advised of Coles position and I do not think it best for us to interfere at this distance.

I started three days ago from Salt Alke for the Promontory best have [corschested?] to stop here and push the [corstrastory] into sending men to the Promonotry. I think this week w will have all the important [porests?] well secured. I have determined to lecture the right of way through very mans. Enclosure in this Valley. One of our contracts starts out tomorrow morning with instructors to act promptly and not return until he has secured the eight in every instance. After this is done I think I may conclude to buy in some proper persons name some land between here and the north of weber over which Utah We cannot avoid happening
