The other day I got the mahogany to
start the headboard for our bed. Jim
cut out the pieces, & it's really going to
be revolutionary. He's had some really
clever ideas to incorporate into his original
idea & plan. Right now, we've got
that going, and also Pooh's dresser.

Today I ordered some of Pooh's Christmas
toys from the Sears catalog. They have all
the good brands at lower prices, & we get
a 10% discount on top of that. Every toy store
in town sends out a toy catalog so she's
already selected some of the things she
wants.

We're plannng on leaving Wed. evening
after the little ones have sacked out
& we've had a nap. We should be there
any time after 6 A.M. Thurs. morning. With
that shelf on the back seat, traveling should be
no trouble & feeding the little one in the
AM, a cinch.

Jim has messed with the car to his satisfaction.
All the invisible gear & bearing
noises that only he hears have been silenced.
We seldom have unexpected breakdowns
because he hears the metal
thinking about it.

Jim, on reading the first part of this letter,
insists that I clear up the business of who
