father will be feeling well as regards the obstreperous tooth. How
is the AlTahoe sale prgressing? It will rest cool now I suppose.
Are there any prospects since Diggs? I want to thank you for
offering to take charge of the invoice I must have that money soon.
I have used your draft and still should have enough for another
month as there was enough for two months plus fifteen on the
fifty basis and lacking five on the sixty basis, That is to say
that I should have enough but whether or not I will is another
question. I have tried to keep tab on expenses but writing them
down but it seems to go just the same. A new lamp cord for the room
and a tungsten light and a lamp shade, and you have a couple of
dollars gone--I have actually made such expenditure. A file for
papers for the desk etc. Of course you know how that goes and I
also know my limitations so I guess there is no need of taking
your time and my paper to record all that sort of thing. Lord will
wlak down to the P. O. with me and so I will cut this short. Again
many thanks to ma and best hopes that all of you are well and
happy. Love to each one of you individually.

Your son,
Alva
