me to Christmas party at Robert Blanks house (terriers). It was a little stuffy but Michael Failla was there too so it was ok. David played piano.

Tuesday Dec 24 I finished my Christmas shopping wrapped and went to dinner at parents and opened gifts that evening with Wonderful Life in the background. The surprise of the evening was that they gave themselves a VDR. Thats probably good for them after dad figures it out.

Then on Christmas Day we rode to Portland had Christmas dinner with the Smelsers opened some presents and after 6 hours came home. I just wish it werent so debilitating to go there so that I could be more excited about playing with the kids. Its SO prole... I was sick coughing up green stuff too.

On Thursday and Friday Bob and I had a nice vacation skiing at Mission Ridge. We drove over from 10:30 to 1:30 and after getting settled we went night skiing from 4:00 till 9:30. But I didnt sleep well probably because I took some Sudafed for my cold too late in the day. Nightmare and restless sleep. Friday was a nice clear day skiing but now I have added getting my own ski equipment to my list of things to do. We returned to Seattle Friday.

On Saturday I just returned Christmas presents did mail went to gym did laundry got groceries etc. I stopped by Microsoft but Bill had still not responded about my salary. I did not want to go out because I wanted to give my respiratory infection a chance. Sunday I used my new waffler finished piano theory study researched CPI at library and did other odds and ends. I watched TV at night. It was not a fun weekend at all but I got a LOT done.

Dec 30 and 31 I am writing this report as a way to close out my activities of this last quarter. I need to do that before I plan what to do this coming quarter. On Tuesday I deposited the final checks of the year; Jorges took quite a while but I ended up seeing all of the Merrill Lynch offices and York Harris who finally got it deposited just in time. And after the gym I stopped into the Mercury dealership. The new Sable is 6 inches longer than Taurus and nicer. Nice! Also I helped Bob complete his accounting for the year.
