BUT that would be a very long slow and tedious process if I were to work with just one other. But working from scratch is the most important part! So I should start with 2 or 3 others! And learn about myself vis a vis them as we go.

To protect the company itll be best for them to pay me very good long term with options. Someone must stay through the entire project and im well qualified even though ive never done it. But having stock carrot ill be sure to get it done.

The way this would work best is if companys fortunes rode on my work to a great degree: Nolan!
Itd be tough for Microsoft to give me a whole lot and expect it to mean a lot. Remember to separate motivation due to
1) receiving stock at all
2) making product make $$ (this has much less importance to me at MS since I am one of many. Is this good for me?)

This would be very subjective. I cant trust Bill. Better to get it and have #2 motivate me.
