So a brief recap:
Have to balance cleverness and risk. I cant just program in assembler anymore not even in LA. Must design and use C! Design of code and mgt impl go together
I want to live in several places.
I cant live full time in SEA!!! Weather/people.
In sum I want to do something interesting in nice environment(s).
Before analyzing where I should go lets review:
