Grimmett. Both Hammond and Leyland quickly became more aggressive and the rate of scoring
increased appreciably - 47 runs being added in 57 minutes. Woodfull continued to change his
bowlers frequently but the Australians did not have any further success before 4 o'clock, when tea was taken. The score at this time was 203 for 4.
