Dear SIr
Having been apponted by
the Governor of the State a Notary Public
and being (?) of being appointed a
(?) for your State; I take the
liberty of (?) of you the appointment
I (?) (?) you with recommendations
because I know that they would not influence
you in giving in the appointment, if you
had any objections in (?) it on me;
and I am (?) to help that you know
me well enough not to need any recommendations
as you may remember my yourself appearance
and not my (?) I must remind you that I
am older than I appear to be; people tell me
that I dont look one hour older then I did
three years ago- (?) I am now in my
25^th year. I hope that you will not make
my (?) any of when to my (?) the ap=
pointment.
