Virginia Museum "The Glory of the Page: Medieval and Renaissance Illuminated Manuscripts from the Glasgow University Library" Illuminated manuscripts and early printed books from the 9th-16th centuries have been selected for this exhibit to show the different national schools of manuscript illumination and the overlap between handwritten manuscripts and the early printed book. Thru Aug. 14.

"Craft Today: Poetry of the Physical", 300 pieces created by 286 artists since 1980 provide a panoramic survey of contemporary crafts. Aug. 9-Oct. 2.
