Jacob Robinson locates 428 acres of land lying on yellow Creek adjoing Mill Ramseys upper line on the Said Creek and running up the Creek for Compliment 60 miles W. N. W. from nashville on the South Side of Cumberland located by Saunders & Molloy.
Lieut. John Williams locates 1144 acres of land lying on the west fork of Red River adjoining Lieut. Abner Lambes, Lower line on the Said fork and crossing down the Said fork on both hills for quantity. - 27th July 1784 located by Saunders & Molloy.

Know all men by those present that I Thomas Vaughan for and in Consideration of the sum of Fifty Seven pounds ten shillings to me in hand paid, the Receipt of wch. is hereby acknowledged hath bargained & sold & by those presents do bargain sell and deliver unto Christopher Barbee one negro boy slave named Jesse; To have & to hold the said negro boy slave to the said Christopher Barbee to him & his Heirs & aſsigns forever I do hereby for my self & my Heirs warrant & for ever defend against the Claim or Claims of any Person or Persons whatsoever To Witneſs whereof I have hereunto [sit] my Hand & seal this
