The resignation of J. T. S. Allred Police man was read & accepted. Council adjourned for one week.

Benediction by Mayor Christiansen. Spring City, April 5th 1886. Council met in the Tithing office. Mayor Christiansen presiding Roll called. Quorum present. Prayer by Councilor J. E. Allred Minutes of former meeting read & accepted. The council appointed to Thursday May 13th, 1886 at 4 oclock P. M. as the time for hearing complaints regarding the city tax.

It was moved seconded and carried that the rate of city taxes for the current year be 1/2 of one per cent. It was also moved seconded and carried that the Assessor's and Collectors fees for the present year be 4 percent for assessing and 8 per cent for collecting It was moved and carried that the Mayor; Councilor Sorensen; and the St. Supervisor be appointed a committee on streets. Council adjourned sine die
