We have your valued favor & note your reasons for not sending the detailed list of claims. It is as well to get them as near all in as possible before preparing the statements.
How would it answer to put a notice in your Newspapers calling the attention of the "Sufferers" to the necessity of handing in their documents at once to facilitate a speedy examination of them?
People can sometimes be reached best in that way. Shall be glad to see you here. We look for Mr. Beaman tomorrow Saturday.
