Dear Sir:

A great many inhabitants of the so-called "inner core" area,
adult and juvenile alike, act absolutely insane, or stark, raving mad, and
as I had stated in prior correspondence, I'm very curious to know just
what sort of mental criterion is being used on these creatures, especially
on those who while resisting arrest bite policemen, which, of course, is a
demented deed, if ever there was one. Would any sane or normal person be
capable of doing something as crazy and inhuman as this? No, of course not.
It takes a mentally cracked person to bite a cop. If, for instance, I as a
patient would go down to the VA and bite a doctor or whoever else, they'd
promptly put me in a "nuthouse" as a "violent case" a "menace to society."
The biting business on the part of the blacks is the craziest thing we
have ever heard of. Well, just what has biting policemen got to do with
"poor housing" or "density"? Obviously, not a single, solitary thing. We
all know that. Yet, at first these vicious and violent people were supposed
to be merely "disoriented," and their lack of decency was thoroughly dis-
counted. We were called upon to give these poor "misunderstood" people a
chance to "adjust" themselves to our customs. So, for the past several
years they have been "adjusting" themselves by boozing, brawling and making
senseless, sadistic, unprovoked attacks on innocent victims like myself.
Their excessive drinking naturally numbs their reason, and consequently they
shout, scream and swear on the street as well as use nasty sex terms imply-
ing incestuous relations with one's mother! We hear this horrible sex
term ourselves countless times daily. Even the colored children use it.
Why, because they are poorly housed? What has that got to do with their
speech, their terrible talk, in public? Again, not a single, solitary thing.
They "laughingly" use this vile and obscene name on us, too. They laughed about
that, too. Therefore, instead of attacking Judge Gregorski, for fining a bunch
of stupid laughers for contempt of court, the NAACP should have tried to
instill in these laughers and the other lawless Negroes a little respect
for the law, the courts, and the rights of others like ourselves. However,
the blacks are as bold as brass. They enjoy "whupping" white people and
then laughing about it. They get a great big kick out of it. That's how
they live. They refuse to live by the rules. Then their "leaders" make
ludicrous excuses for their barbaric behavior.
