Dear Sir:

A great many black inhabitants of the so-called "inner core"
area, in Milwaukee, adult and juvenile alike, act absolutely insane, stark,
raving mad, and as stated in prior correspondence, I'm very curious to
know just what sort of mental criterion is being used on these morons,
especially on those who while resisting arrest, bite policemen, which, of
course, is also a demented deed, if ever there was one. Naturally, no sane
or normal person would be capable of biting a cop or doing something as
crazy and inhuman as that. It takes a mentally cracked man or woman to
bite a cop. You don't have to be a psychiatrist to know it, for it is
perfectly obvious. If, for instance, I myself as a patient went down to
the VA and would bite a doctor or whoever else, they promptly would put
me in a "nuthouse" as a "violent case," a "menace to society." The black
biters, however, get by with such insanity, too, in the so-called "inner
core" area, here. How come they get by with biting cops without being
put under mental observation? What are they, anyway, privileged characters?
That's the way it looks. The biting business on the part of the blacks
while fighting the cops is the craziest thing we have ever heard of.
And what has "poor housing" or "density" got to do with biting police-
men? Not a single, solitary thing, of course. In fact, it has got nothing
whatever to do with any of their crimes. It is just a poor excuse for
their barbaric behavior. I suppose the band of 10 jungle bipeds who
attacked the Page Boys there in Washington, and stabbed one of them, a
protege of yours, from South Milwaukee, had done so merely because they,
too, were "poorly housed" and that their cruelty and lack of character
had nothing to do with their wild and feral attack on the Page Boys.
This, of course, was no isolated incident. The incidence of Negro crime
is exceptionally high throughout the country. These primitive people
should definitely not be given their civil rights until they learn to
conduct themselves like civilized human beings. Right now they refuse
to live by the rules. They abuse and attack innocent White people like
myself without the slightest provocation, then afterward, laugh about it.
After thrice beating me up for nothing, they laughed in my face!
Thought it was real "funny."
