Intermarriage with Sir Charles Turner Baronet duly released
all claim and demand which she had or might
have to any Share or proportion of the said respective
sums of five thousand pounds and eight thousand
pounds and I have Issue besides the said Lady
Turner the Honorable Thomas Newcomen my only
Son and three unmarried daughters who are all
of the age of twenty one years and upwards now
in execution of the Powers contained in my said
Marriage Settlement and in the subsequent
deed and in pursuance and execution of all
other powers thereby enabling me I hereby bequeath
and appoint the said respective sums of five
thousand pounds and Eight thousand pounds
to and amongst my said three daughters in
the Shares and Proportions following that is
to say as to the said sum of five thousand
pounds Charged by my Marriage Settlement
upon my Manor and Lands of Carriglass I
leave bequeath and appoint the sum of two
thousand four hundred pounds part thereof
to be raised and paid to my Eldest unmarried
daughter the Honorable Jane Newcomen and the
sum of One thousand three hundred pounds
other part thereof to be raised and paid to the Honble
Charlotte Newcomen my second eldest unmarried
daughter and the remaining sum of One
thousand three hundred pounds other part
thereof to be raised and paid to the Honorable
Catharine Newcomen my youngest unmarried dau[ghte]r
with Interest for the said respective sums from the
time of my decease and as to and concerning the
subsequent deed on the Lands of Dromin I leave
bequeath and appoint the said sum of Eight thousand
pounds to be raised and paid to my said three
unmarried daughters on the decease of the said
Lady Newcomen their Mother to be equally divided
between them that is to say the sum of two thousand
six hundred and sixty six pounds thirteen shillings
and four pence Sterling to each of them with
Interest for their respective portions from the
time of the decease of their said Mother and in
case any of my said unmarried daughters shall
die before her or their portions of said Sum of
Eight thousand pounds shall become payable I hereby
bequeath direct and appoint the share or shares
of her or them so dying to go and be paid to the
Survivors or Survivor of them I leave and
bequeath to my dear Wife the said Vicountess
Newcomen she having a Considerable Estate of
her own my Coach and Coach Horses and all
