her jewels ornaments and paraphernalia I give
devise and bequeath unto my only Son the Honble
Thomas Newcomen all my real and freehold
Estates Lands Tenements and Heredits together
with all my leasehold Interests and all debts
due to me and which shall become due to me
and all my Goods Chattels and personal fortune
of whatever nature or kind soever which I now
have or shall hereafter be possessed of or
intitled to and not herein before bequeathed
appointed or disposed of to have and to hold
the same and every of them according to their
respective natures and qualities to the said
Thomas Newcomen his heirs Executors adm[inistrat]ors
and assigns to the only proper use and behoof
of the said Thomas Newcomen his heirs Exors
Admors and Assigns for ever and I hereby nominate
constitute and appoint the said Thomas
Newcomen sole Executor of this my Will and
revoking all former Wills by me made I
declare this to be my last Will and Testament
In Testimony wherof I have hereunto and to a
duplicate hereof put my hand and seal the
twenty seventh day of September one thousand
eight hundred and four - W G Newcomen [symbol]

named Sir William Gleadowe Newcomen Bart
as and for his last Will and Testament in the
presence of us who have hereunto subscribed
our Names as Witnesses at his request and in
his presence and in the presence of each other

I Sir William
Gleadowe Newcomen Bart do make and publish this
as a Codicil to my last Will and Testament which
is dated the twenty seventh of September 1804 I leave
and bequeath to the Minister and Church Wardens
of the parish of Saint Werburgh's in the City of
Dublin and to their Successors Ministers &
Church Wardens of said Parish the Royal Canal
Loan Debenture for one hundred pounds bearing
Interest at six pounds per Cent per Annum No
2091 which is herein inclosed in trust to receive
the Interest thereof yearly and every year and
to apply the same to buy bread and provisions
for the poor of said Parish at Christmas
I also leave and bequeath to the Ministers &
Churchwardens of the Parish of Drumcondra where
my honored father and Mother are buried & to their
successors Ministers and Churchwardens of said
