1683 know all men by these presants that I seyit of manimet son to quachattaset sachem desesed do own and acknowledg my self that I have sould unto Elisha Bourn of sanditch in the colony of new plimouth and Timothy Bourn and Eliezer, and Hezeciah Bourn the sons of Job Bourn desesed of sand =itch aforesd one acre of land lying and being at mo =nemit ould feild and is bounded easterly by the lands of nedd an indien and westerly by a pond and northerly by the lands of John Peter and southerly by two holls dugg in the ground at ech end of sd land and is for and in consideration of fineteen[?] shillings in silver mony to me in hand payed by the sd Elisha Bourn wherof and whearwith I do acknoledg my self fully satesfyed and payed and therefore have by thes presants frely and absolutly given granted bargained sould and enfeofed and confirmed unto them sd Elisha Bourn the one half of sd acare and to ye said Timothy Bourn Eliezer and Hezeciah Bourn ye other half to their and each of their hairs and assigns for ever: in witnes whearof I have hearunto set my hand this thirteenth day of July one thousand six hondred and eighty three:

1683 Know all men by those presents that I skippeage of maniment In the township of sanditch In the Coloney of New Plimouth In New England Indyen do hearby own and acknowledg that I have given granted and confirmed and by these presents do give grant & Confirme unto Elisha Bour Timothy Bourn Eliezer and Hezekiah Bourn all Belonging to the town of sanditch afore said: one rodd of land In bredth quite a croce the the Northerly ende of that Neck of land which the said Elisha – Bourn and the said Timothy Eliezer and hezekiah Bourn Bought of Need Indien and which said Neck Is called by the name of maniment Neck which said Rod is for the Conveniansy of the persons above said for more Conveniant fencing In of the said Neck so that it shall and may be lawful to and for the said Elisha Bourn Timoth Elizer and Hezekiah Bourn their and each of their haires and asignes to take and Improve the said rod of land in bredth quite thorough my land where it may prove to be moste for theire Conveniancy for ever In witness whearof I the said Skippeage have hear unto set my hand and sealle this twenty fifth day of January one thousand six hundred a ~ Eightye and three.

1684 To all people to whom these presants shall come know ye that whereas their was a deede of feofment given under the hand and seale of mar= =gery: my sister the wife of nedd of manement Indian sister to me Johnsias of Eastham In the Colony of new plimoth In new England Indien [?] said deed bears date from the year 1683: and was given to Elisha Bourn of sandwich in the Colony aforesaid for confirmation of a neck of lands which was sould by the said margery to the said Elisha Bourn and Timothy Bourn & eliezer & hezekiak bourn al of sandwich which is more at larg exspresed & Bounded In the said deed: now know ye that I the said John-Sias do here= =by give alinate and confirme and by these presants do resigne my and make over all my right and Interest In the said lands mentioned In the deede aforesaid unto him the said Elisha Bourn Timothy Bourn Eliezer & hezekiak Bourn to them their heirs & assigns for ever in maner & forme as fully as is sould and confirmed In said deede unto the persons abovsaid hereby Ratifying and confirming and holding firm and stable all which the said margery hath confirmed in said deede: as witnes my hand & seale this thirtie and first day of october anodomini one thousand six hundred eightie & fouer

1702 55 To all people to whome these presents shall come Ned [ats?] Atawam of Moniment In the Township of Sandwich in the County of Barnstable in New England Indian, and Mergery his squa sendeth greeting &c know yee that we the sd Ned and Margery for and in consideration of the full and just sum of three pounds and two shillings in curant money of New England to us in hand att and before the ensealing and delivering of these presents well and truly paid by Eliezer Bourne Hezekiah Bourne and Nathan Bourne all of the Town of Sandwich aforesd, whereof and wherewith Wee do own and acknowledg ourselves to be fully sattisfyed contented and paid and thereof and of every part and percell thereof we do for us our heirs and every of their heires executors and administrators for ever by these presents have given granted bargained sold enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents do fully freely cleerly and absolutely give grant bargain sell alien enfeoffe and confirm unto them the sd Eliezer Bourne Hezekiah Bourne and Nathan Bourne their and each of their heires and assigns for ever all that our peice and percell of Land which was formerly given unto the sd Margery by Quachatesett Indian Sachem lying att or neer maniment aforesd and is bounded as followeth viz begining att a marked pine tree that stands upon a hill on the easterly side of a cart way, and thence rangeing northerly to another marked pine tree standing on the same side of that cart way, and thence ranging southwesterly to a marked white oak tree that stands by a swamp and thence westerly to a little brooke that runs out of Seupmonkenett ponde and so is bounded by that brooke as it runs unto the bay or salt water, and thence runing southerly by sd Bay untill it comes to a Spring caled the [b?oyling] spring, and thence running southerly to a pond caled queensuett pond, and thence runing southerly partly by sd pond and partly by a ditch untill it comes neer to the now dwelling house of sd Eliezer Bourne, and thence runing easterly partly by the pasture fence of sd Eliezer Bourne and partly by the pasture fence of sd Nathan Bourne and partly by the pasture fence of widow Ruhamah Hersey untill it coms to the meadow [fence?] of [E???] Bourne and Timothy Bourne, and so to a marked white oak tree standing neer the meadow fence and thence runing northeasterly on the ridge of hills untill it coms to the first mentioned marked pine tree, being by estemation one hundred and fifty acres be it more or less, with all the wood, timber, trees, and waters in and upon the sd lands with all and singular the proffits, priveledges and appurtinances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and To hold all that our sd peice and percell of Lands within the limitts and bounds aforesd with all the under wood timber, trees, waters, and water courses in and upon the same. with all the proffits priveledges and appurtinances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining unto them the sd Eliezer Bourne Hezekiah Bourne and Nathan Bourne their and each of their heires and assigns and to the only and alone sole proper use benifitt and behoofe of them the sd Eliezer Bourne Hezekiah Bourne and Nathan Bourne their and every of their heirs and assigns for ever, and wee the sd Ned and Mergery do for us our heires executors and administrators covenant and grant to and with them the sd Eliezer Bourne Hezekiah Bourne and Nathan Bourne their heirs and assigns that att and before the time of ensealing and delivering of these presents wee are the true and rightful owners of all the sd given and granted lands and have in ourselves full power just right and Lawfull authority to give grant and convey the same in maner and forme aforesd according to the true intent and meaning of these presents and that all the sd Bargained premises are be and att all times hereafter shall continue to be free and cleer of and from all other & former Gifts Grants bargains sales titles and encumbrances whatsoever had made comitted or done or to be had made comitted suffered or done by us the sd Ned and Mergery our or either of our heires or assigns or from any other pson or psons lawfully claiming of from by or under us our or either of our heires executors adminestrators or assigns or any or either of us or by any of our knowledg privety or [pri???] [emen?] In Witness whereof wee have hereunto sett our hands and seals this nineth day of June Anno Domini : 1702
