February 6, 1871 - February 18, 1871upon the Shucks Snowing yet stoped snowing Feby 6th Sam hauling wood in evening - — 7th. Snow about 4 inches deep very cold 8th. Cutting in new ground all day & I went to 9th Striping Tobacco in old prize Barn 10th. Hauled Straw this morning & 1 Stack fodder 11th. I went to S S Meeting 12 Rained all night & Raining this morning 13. Cloudy this morning Cutting rail lumber 14th. We all Striped in old prize barn 15.
