Tues April 10 Clear and quite warm
things would grow such days if we only
had some moisture. We finished sowing
the alfalfa seed over on the hill and
harrowed it then hauled off alfalfa
roots the rest of the day and have not
got done yet.

Wed April 11 Mostly clear
and quite warm and looked like rain
some too. We finished clearing off the
alfalfa roots this forenoon and John finished
clod crushing that piece this afternoon
and I irrigated on the North West corner piece.

Thurs April 12 Mostly cloudy and
pretty cold and rathr windy. Johny
went to the creamery this morning and
this afternoon he hauled manure.
I irrigated on the N W corner piece.

Fri April 13 Clear and pretty good
day. John hauled manure. I finished
irrigating the N W corner piece and done
a little towards striping the wagon.
Charley and Bert were here and got 800 lbs of oats
and I let Charley have 120 [$120.00] in cash.

Sat April 14 Weather variable with
lots of wind and a little sprinkle towards night.
Johny went over with the milk and hauled
manure after he got home. I helped Mab some
this morning and worked at striping
the wagon some and helped Frank some
and visited some with the rest.
