Friday April 20 Clear and quite pleasant
and warm. I done some work on the
wagon striping it. John plowed and harrowed
some down in the orchard. Mr Joe Williams
folks were here looking at the cows to day
and they liked them so well that they
they think they will take some if they
can make satisfactory payment for them.

Sat Apr 21 Real nice and pretty
warm. John went to the creamery with
two cans of milk and then he plowed and
harrowed the little pea patch north of the
house and then he put water on the
strawberry plants. I finished setting
the strawberry plants and finished
striping the wagon on painted some
shovel and pitchfork handles.

Sun April 22 Rather on the cloudy
order and looked very much like rain. John
went over to Lews and around at some
other places. Mother and I kept Sunday
very nicely.

Mon April 23 Clear mostly and
quite warm. John went to the creamery with
2 cans of milk. Mr Williams,s folks came
and got 10 head of cows and Maud died just
north of the John Howard place cause
unknown. John helped to drive them.

which she has agreed to pay by giving
me three dollars each month see next page.
