Order to Close and retain portion of old road
At a meeting of the District Council of Lincoln, duly held at the Council Office Port Lincoln on the 16th August 1946, it was Proposed by Councillor P Woods and Seconded by Councillor RF Richardson and duly carried, that this Council make an Order to close & duly retain a small portion of old road in the Hundred of Lincoln, County of Flinders, as hereafter generally described:- viz, Portion of road adjoining the south eastern boundary of Section 502, being a strip thereof 65 links wide, extending to high water mark, from a point 107½ links south-east of a point on the south-eastern boundary of said section, distant 512½
links from the southern corner thereof, thereby reducing the
width of the said road adjoining said strip to 107½ links, as
delineated, coloured green and marked A in Plan No 37. deposited in the Office of the Surveyor General at Adelaide.
We Hereby certify that the above minute declaring the said portion of the road duly closed, was passed by the Council.
