Re work on Flinders Highway
Highways Dept Requested that scarifying and regrading be done on Flinders Highway at Lake Hamilton in preference to other Main Roadwork - Resolved on the motion of Crs Doudle & Blacker that under present conditions this work be commenced in about one months time. Carried.

Phone Lines
J J Foster applied for permission to erect a Telephone Line across the road between Sections 97 and 104 Hd Warrow.
Prop Cr Smith/ Sec Cr Woods} That permission be granted as requested. Carried

Re Repairs to road
W T Wright again wrote asking that the road along the Hundred Lane between Hds of Ulipa & Kiana be repaired.
Clerk to write and ask and ask if he can suggest any one that will do the work for the Council as there is no labour available.

RF & WG Richardson stating they do not wish to renew the lease of Koppatucka Reserve. Lease not renewed.

re Purchase of Road
A M Wilkinson stating he wished to purchase the road between Sections 171 and 252 Hd Lincoln which is not used at all.
Prop Cr Woods/ Sec Cr Richardson} To reply that Council is prepared to dispose of the road to him, but that it will first be necessary for a plan to be prepared ad the road closed under Roads Act, which will take some considerable time. Carried
