Royal A A wrote re particulars of Camping Sites in Council Area and conveniences at same. Clerk to suply the information.

Re Vermin
D/C Tumby Bay in reference to vermin adjacent to roads fron Hundred of Stokes to Yeelanna and Wildeloo.
Vermin Inspector and Councillor for the Ward reported that Vermin are being destroyed in this area.

F A Parker stating that he is prepared to again take up the duties of Vermin Inspector and asking to be advised of Council's requirements in this matter.
Prop Cr Richardson/ Sec Cr Doudle} That Parker be advised that Council are prepared to employ him for approximately two months each - Twice per annum at a reasonable rate of renumeration. The first period to commence about the middle of January 1946. Carried

Secy Minda Home Inc Requesting usual Donation.

That usual donation of £1.1.0 be passed. Carried
M & B Health Assoc
Secy M & Babies Health Assoc asking if Council could increase their annual donation to £4 per year.
Prop Cr Smith/ Sec Cr Richardson That the usual amount of £2.2.0 be donated. Carried.

Re Public Conveniences Cummins
Secy Cummins Progress Assoc- With their recommendations in reference to Public Conveniences which they suggest the Council erect at the rear of Cummins Institute on Institute property.
Prop Cr Blacker/Sec Cr Smith} That the Council are not in favour of erecting Public Conveniences on Institute property but would be prepared to consider erecting them on a more suitable site. Carried.
