Re road across Railway Yard.
Progress Committee also requesting the Council to construct a road across Railway Property from Butchers Shop corner to the Mill corner at Bruce Terrace.
This was held over until next meeting to enable the matter to be discussed with Superintendent of Railway.

Re Light Poles
Progress Assoc also pointing out the danger of the Light Poles in the centre of Phillips Street which was recently widened.

to have same removed. Carried.

Land for Aerodrome Wildeloo
Progress Association also requested Council to purchase the land for proposed Aerodrome near Wildeloo from
Messrs H Fuss and H S Parker.

Aerodrome be not proceeded with at present.. Carried

Re Town Planner for Cummins
Progress Association also wrote requesting the Council to endeavour to obtain the Services of the Town Planner to report and advise on Cummins Town.
Prop Cr Smith/ Sec Cr Richardson }That Council write to the Attorney General requesting the services of a Town Planner to inspect and report on the Town of Cummins. Carried.

Statement and Balance Sheet
The Statement of Receipts & Expenditure and Balance Sheet for the year ending 30 June 1945 duly audited was submitted to the Council. Prop Cr Morgan/ Sec Cr Smith}
