Correspondence
Surveyor
J S Shepherd & Son advised that Mr S H Ayliffe Surveyor expected to be in Pt Lincoln on 8th October if sufficient surveyors is available.
C L Alexander Surveyor also notified that he had applied for release from RAA F and expects to be available for Surveying the middle of October.

Road Repaired
R E Ryan stating that he had repaired the road over the North Block as directed by the Council. Recd

Permit
C E Bates Cummins reqeusted permission to erect a 5 roomed stone house on Lot 26 of Sec 2W Cummins-
Permission granted subject to any instructions under the
National Security Act or Regulations.

Mrs A D Reynolds in reply to Councils notification giving her
3 months notice of cancellation of lease of Road. Recd

Mrs S A Hill re purchasing portion of road at Slaters Court Cummins. Clerk to reply that Council have no intention at present of closing that portion of the road.
