J Fuss again wrote re land for a road on West side of Block No 2 of Sec 3a Cummins - Clerk to reply that; nothing has yet been decided in reference to the proposed road.

Rates Adopted
The Estimate of Receipts & Expenditure for year ending 30/6/46 was presented and moved by Cr Smith that the estimate be adopted and a General Rate of Fifteen pence and a Differential rate of 3d pence in the £ on the whole Assessment of the District and a differential rate of Twelve pence in the £ on the Assessments in the Town of Cunmins be declared for the year ending 30th June 1946. Seconded by Cr Richardson & carried unanimously.
