Carried Railway Crossing Cr Woods requested that Supt Railways be written to re Ry Crossing at the Junction of Sections 477/8/9 & 480 Hd Lincoln where pipes are required. This to be done. Court of Appeal The Assessment Revision Committee sat as a Court of Appeal and heard appeals against Assessments. 24 appeals were dealt with as entered in the Appeal Book of which 8 were reduced and 16 dismissed. Request Cr Smith requested that a spoon drain be put in on the newly graded road between Sections 27 & 18 Hd Mitchell. To be done.
