just beyond her reach, she thinks a
minute, & then dives. She pushes
her stroller all around the house.
Since she hasn't learned to back it
up yet, we have to turn it for her
when she hits an obstacle. She also
likes to have it overturned so that
she can spin the wheel. We hope
that this indicates inherited mechanical
aptitude. She's cutting a new batch of
teeth now, which keeps her pretty
cranky & tired. Hopefully, when all or
one of them breaks through she'll give
more thought to walking. I can hardly
wait to see what she'll look like with
upper teeth.

Jim is at school tonite, absorbing
the intricacies of electronics math.
It's almost time for him to come home,
now, so he's probably trying to stay
awake by now, during this third & last
hour. It's hard to sit down in a classroom
& concentrate right after a meal.
My problem was always post-lunch
classes. Now it's post-lunch meetings.
