To the Honourables, the house of Delegates and Alderman of the City of Seattle. Your petitioner would represent that she has went to great expense in erecting a brick building on the corner of South 4th and Washington Street in this city and that the side-walk in front of said building on south 4th Street is ony eight feet wide, and your petitioner Prays that said sidewalk be widened to 12 feet.
