J M E Atkinson City Treasurer 3-27-94-1000 Office of City Treasurer Seattle Washington, Apl 19th, 1894 Mr H Willis Carr City Dear Sir: W T Scott Corp Counsel with regard to your letter concerning lost warrant, "G A Wilson for the sum of $317.78" When Sufficent bond is produced to show that the warrant was lost or Stolen and when the owner of the warrant shall produce an indemity bond payable to the order of the City to save it harmless from the payment of the original on ordinance may then be passed by the City Council authorizing the siiuance of a duplicate warrant, the payment of said amount can only be made
