Seattle Fed 27, 1890 To the Honorable the Honorable City Council of Seattle Gentlemen On account of the extreme weather of the past three months we have been unable to make the progress we anticipated on Street Improvement on Ninthe Sixth & Marion Street contracts We have pushed the work whenever it was possible to get onto at great disadvantage. We most repectfully ask your Honorable Body to consider the above reasons & to grant us sixty days additional times in which to complete contracts on the aforementioned streeets.
