Mount Auburn Cemetery.
Proprietors' Annual Meeting _ _
The Annual Meeting of the Proprietors of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn, will be held in Boston, at Mercantile Hall, 16 Summer Street, on to hear the reports of the Trustees, and Treasurer, and to choose Trustees for the ensuing year. _

In accordance with the foregoing notification which was published seven days before the time of meeting in several Boston newspapers, the Proprietors met at the time and place therein named. _
A quorum being in attendance, the President, Dr. Jacob Bigelow took the chair. _
The Secretary read the records of the last annual meeting.

The President read the Annual Report of the Trustees in print: _
The Treasurer read his Annual Report and that of the Superintendent, also in print. _
Upon motion by Jeffrey Richardson Esq. the reports were severally accepted. _
On motion of Irah Chase Jr.,
Voted that a Committee of three persons be appointed to receive, sort and count the votes for
