126 On motion: Council proceeded to elected officers for the persuant term of one year. J A Kelso was nominated for the Office of Clerk their being no further nominations he was on motion Elected Clerk by acclimation. J C Huff Ogle and W D Calder were nominated of the Office of Marshal Council proceeded to ballot which resulted in the election of W D Calder who being present declined the office and on motion further action was laid over until next meeting: C P Hutchinson was nominated for the Office of Police Justice.
