Whereas the City Fiscal agents in New York City, Vis: Blair & Co. have advanced at our request the following Bond interest of the City falling due Sept 1st 1898, to wit. Second Series Bonds $760.00 Seventh Series Bonds 2590.00 $3350.00 Therefore, Be it Resolved that the Mayor and City Secretary be authorized and instructed to issue the City Note in favor of said Blair & Co for the sum of Three Thousand Three Hundred and Fifty Dollas ($3350.00) to become due four months after date and to bear interest at the rate of seven percent per annum from date.

Gentlemen;-
I respectfully ask to be allowed to build and comlete a 6 inch sewer line from my property to and connect with the main sewer line in the rear of Max Elsers on Pa. Ave. said sewer line to be -275- feet in length and to cost $165.60 the said sewer line to be the property of the City, I to receive pay for the same in water rents accruing on the premises to which said line is run, after which time my water rents will be paid in cash.
Said line to be built under the supervision of the City Engineer.
