Pleurisy

Has had Pleurisy for three weeks & has not expectorated he has great thirst, he has been bleed 3 times & had a Blister - his pulse is so weak that bleeding now cant be of use - there is no symptoms of suppmation taking place we wish to produce Expectoration Rg Sined & take Lemister apples. rq Saut feb am in Ernst Vil Pectoral, Lohoct Pectoral

Violent Fever

Was seized with common symptoms of violent fever, he is too weak to make large evacuations, an Emetic of Speeac is ordered and Infus. Lenitio to clear the brain. vis & small Emet Tartar as a relaxant. There is vast difficult of breathing, & his pulse beats 160 flushes in a minute a Blister is also employ'd to excite inflamn Re Ipeac gr v - Bol Rhei - Infus Lenitio - Jules Menth in the Ernet - Ephipas nuchy

19th Delirious, dry tongue & obstructed pulse Eye dull & half open, Subfultus tender a parching heat on his Shin

20th Better the Delirium only through the night the other symptoms seem somewhat abated

Remittant Fever

36 John Symptom had a remittd fever for about 3 weeks, it is not sufficiently regular to give the Bark, neither is there so much weakness as to make us give it immediately. the Introfusion must be rendered regular by small doses of Ernet. Tant after an Ernet has been exhibited Re Puli Specae er Vin Ernet Re Julep Months
